Breakfast for Dinner


Last night, I made some gluten free pancakes with blueberries. I decided to create a berry syrup. Here is the recipe. It was so good. The cinnamon added a warm flavor to the mix.

1 cup blueberries
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup pure maple syrup


Simmer in a sauce pan and mash up the blueberries a little.
